- Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns once the product has been sold and delivered, except in cases where:
• The item received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided
Items that are eligible for exchange:
• Defective items
• Incorrect items sent by us
- Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or worn items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items purchased during clearance or sale
• Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the allowed time
2. Share your order details and clear photos of the item
3. Our team will review and approve the request
4. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item
- Shipping for Exchanges
• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side
• Sasrev Collection will cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- Refund Policy
• We do not provide refunds
• Only exchanges or store credit may be offered (if applicable)
