You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Can I order more than 1 item in single purchase?

Yes, you can.

How long it takes to ship my order after payment made?

We will ship the item the next day once we received the payment successfully.

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by clicking “CANCEL MY ORDER” icon if the order not yet shipped. You can’t cancel if the order already has been shipped.

How can I return my damaged item?

How many days it takes to receive my order?

Can I get my order securely?

Yes. We will check the items thoroughly before pack. We will also pack the items with secure packaging to avoid any damages during the transit.

What if my items damaged / missing during delivery?

Do contact our customer service for further assistance. We will sort it out by providing the best solution. Please take Unboxing video from the courier flyer upon receiving the parcel. It will be helpful to claim with the courier if any damages happened.

Premium jewelry is a type of jewelry that made with high quality base metal and stones. The stones on premium jewelry are more shinier than the regular imitation jewelry. Our premium jewelry also made with neat and clean moulding unlike regular jewelry. Our premium jewelry is not real gold or diamonds. But it will present exclusive appearance to the person wear it.

How can I store my jewelry?

We will give the jewelry in pouch bag. You can store the jewelry in that pouch bag once done using them.

How can I store my jewelry in its original condition for long term?

You should avoid humid places which makes you sweat. Alcohol in perfumes and sweat will cause discoloration to the jewelry. Avoid jewelry get in touch with water.
