Refund Without Return
In some cases, customer DO NOT have to return the item for refund. Only need to submit Evidence of Fault as stated in No.3(a) to process the refund. Do contact our Customer Service BEFORE proceed with Return and Refund option to submit the relevant evidences. We will evaluate the issue and will determine whether item need to be returned or not.
Refund With Return
- Customer CAN return the items if,
- Received broken item
- Received wrong item
- Received defected item
- Return CAN’T be accepted for items that,
- Does not fit
- Not satisfied
- Quality not up to expectation
- Color variation (slight color difference from the displayed picture)
- Slight measurement difference (+/- 2cm)
- Minor imperfection (minor scratches, crooked,minor marking)
- Criteria for Return & Refund
- Submitted required evidence
- Unboxing video from the courier flyer upon receiving the parcel (COMPULSORY). Partial video AFTER open the flyer will NOT be accepted.
- Picture of faulty item (clear and specific)
- Summary of order
- Submitted the item in its original condition
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Bubble wrapped / safe packaging
- Submitted the item in stated returning period
- Process the return in 7 business days from the date of delivery with the tracking.
- Item reach us within 14 business days from the date of postage.
- Return and refund will NOT be accepted if,
- Respective item has not been returned within 14 business days.
- Items returned not in original condition, poor packaging, items missing in quantity.
- Items has additional damages other than reported.
- Items received as free gift are not eligible for refund. If you received free gift with your order, you will be required to return the free gift together with the item.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return and refund.
- Refund will be given in form of lifetime store vouchers (cash vouchers), which will be processed in 7 business days. No cash refund allowed.
- Refund amount will be the actual amount paid by the customer.
- Original shipping fee will be refunded if,
- Return of defective item (broken, manufactured defects, discolored)
- Received wrong item.
- Original shipping fee will NOT be refunded if,
- Used free shipping
- Return of unsatisfactory item (does not fit, not satisfied with the item, quality not up to expectation, color doesn’t match with the picture, slight measurement difference, minor imperfection.
- For international purchase, return option is NOT allowed. Do contact our customer service for further refund process. Refund will be provided upon submitting Evidence of Fault as stated in No.3(a). Refund will be given in form of lifetime vouchers and gift cards.
- For missing parcels. Do contact our customer service. We will do our best to track down your parcel or provide a better solution.
